Residents are responsible for paying utility charges each month with their rent payments:

• Water (actual usage amount)

• Electric (actual usage amount)

• Gas (actual usage amount)

• Trash ($22 per month)

• Alarm /Smart Home monitoring ($53.15 per month)

• Pest Control and Filter Service ($20 per month) on the Resident's Portal

 

Our Utility Management Program initiates a thorough review of the bills to help eliminate incorrect charge issues, disconnection notices, security deposits, and late fees. 

 

We initiate service, pay all deposits, and pay the utility companies. You pay us back for your actual usage on the first of the month. A one-time setup fee of $40 and $11.99 per month applies for this service.

• Tenants may rent the Washer and Dryer for less than $10 per week ($80 per month).
