We offer three distinct floor plans, each thoughtfully designed to cater to your lifestyle requirements. Our homes showcase fresh flooring, updated bathrooms, and modern kitchens equipped with the latest appliances.
Each unit is equipped with a Smart Home Security System, Keyless Door Lock, and Smart Thermostat Features, making tenancy easy!
All our houses are equipped with central heating and air-conditioning, window coverings, and ample storage space. Enjoy the convenience of an attached garage, and in select houses, you will find a spacious basement.
Layout №1 - Downstairs Suite
This layout boasts a downstairs bedroom suite that offers the convenience of a master bedroom, complete with an attached bathroom.
The advantage of having this suite on the lower level is that it eliminates the need to climb stairs, making it a perfect choice for families seeking enhanced privacy for parents.
Also this is an excellent choice for elderly individuals who may face mobility challenges and prefer a living space that eliminates the need to climb stairs.

This elegant living space boasts a spacious kitchen area that opens up to a welcoming open-floor plan. Inkwell Homes provides a welcoming home that accommodates your furry family members, where you can build memories and share adventures.
Our pet-friendly houses are ideal for pet owners who want to provide their furry friends with a comfortable and safe living environment.
As part of our policy, we require a pet fee of $250 and pet rent of $50 each month.
Location
Inkwell Rentals owns 75 homes that are located all over Springfield, Ohio.
Our homes are situated in areas surrounded by beautiful natural landscapes, including those within a 15-minute drive of Buck Creek State Park, Snyder Park, Veterans Park, and more.
These areas offer entertainment and attractions such as playgrounds, hiking, camping, fishing, and other outdoor activities.
